A negative account balance means Solano owes you money.
Negative account balances are usually temporary, with 1 uncommon exception. An account only shows a negative balance in between our disbursement and when BankMobile receives and approves the funds. That is, the first half of the week on disbursement weeks.
If you see a negative balance which persists for more than a week or which is outside of this time range, then you likely have a reimbursement. This will be automatically sent to you when the Cashier Office processes reimbursements (refer to the disbursement schedule to see when that will be). If you wish to receive your reimbursement earlier, please contact the Cashier Office to see if they are able to expedite the process of sending you these funds.
