Financial aid that does not require a HS diploma or equivalent includes the CCPG fee waiver, EOPS, Chafee, Solano Promise, and Basic Needs emergency grants.
If you went to school prior and completed at least 6 units prior to July 1, 2012, you may qualify for an alternative eligibility route known as Ability-to-Benefit that allows you to receive Title IV aid. If you think this may apply for you, please contact the Financial Aid Office.
Note: This is not applicable students who have not yet received a high school diploma due to still being enrolled in high school. These students typically would be part of our Dual Enrollment program in which college courses can count towards high school graduation. The Dual Enrollment program covers up to 6 units of enrollment fees. However, students in the Dual Enrollment program are not eligible for most forms of financial aid that students who are exclusively enrolled in college courses could be eligible for, including the CCPG.
